🧭 Project Overview
I participated in one of the largest telecom BSS transformation programs in the Netherlands, delivering end-to-end software project management to support the client’s core business modernization. This multi-year effort involved replacing over 300 legacy systems with a modern, agile, and scalable architecture — laying the foundation for the client’s fiber expansion strategy and contributing to €200 million in revenue growth within three years of go-live.
From lab validation to production rollout, I played a key role in driving agile iteration delivery and enabling DevOps practices that ensured successful go-live and long-term system stability.
